21) Stripe. We use third-party software created and owned by Stripe for payment processing. When purchasing or paying for your membership, Stripe will process and collect personal information including your name, payment information, country, and zip code. Payment pages may also contain cookies that enable, facilitate, and secure online transactions. For more information on how Stripe collects, stores, and shares such information please refer to Stripe’s privacy policies. We do not collect or store any payment information.

22) Google Workspace. Google Workspace is a collection of cloud based tools that help organizations collaborate and create. We use Google Workspace to communicate with you (Gmail) and for data storage (Google Drive). We may share your name, contact, and other necessary information with Google Workspace for these purposes.

23) YouTube and Other Video Hosting Services. We may use YouTube or other video hosting services to embed educational and instructional videos on the Platform. 24) Lawmatics. Lawmatics is a CRM software designed to help law firms manage communications with, and information about, important contacts. We may use Lawmatics to facilitate communication with you and to deliver services to you (including newsletters and events). We may share your name, contact information, and any other information necessary to facilitate such purposes.

25) Consent to Sharing. By using the Platform, you consent to the sharing of your information as outlined above.

Deleting Stored Information

30) You may delete your membership profile at any time by following the procedures laid out in our terms of service. You may also request the deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at hello@mza.legal. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

32) Upon confirming your written request, we will delete your person information that is stored in databases that we have access to and send requests to third-parties with whom we have shared such information to delete it. Please allow up to 30 days for us to complete this process.
